• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Culinary qualification or certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Prepare ingredients, cook dishes, and plate food according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to strict hygiene and food safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation and ordering.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of all food items produced.
• Support the team in developing new menu items and catering concepts.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as required.
• Follow instructions carefully and learn new techniques and recipes.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.
• Uphold the company's standards for excellence in culinary execution.

• Must be based in or able to commute to Soweto, Gauteng .
• A proactive attitude and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field.
