Qualifications

• Experience in a franchise environment is essential.
• Junior management or team leader experience is advantageous.
• Experience using Pilot Software is essential.
• Good computer literacy and administrative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness and ability to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day management and operations of the business.
• Support implementation and maintenance of operational procedures and standards.
• Monitor staff performance and assist with staff coordination and supervision.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle queries or complaints professionally.
• Use Pilot Software to perform relevant operational and administrative tasks.
• Assist with daily reporting, record-keeping, and general administration.
• Monitor operational activities and report issues to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and franchise requirements.
• Assist with stock control and other operational duties, where applicable.
• Maintain a professional and productive working environment.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.
