Sleutelvereistes:

• Bewese ondervinding as Restaurantbestuurder / Algemene Bestuurder.
• Diepgaande en praktiese ondervinding van die Pilot POS-stelsel is noodsaaklik.
• Uitstekende Afrikaanse en Engelse kommunikasievaardighede.
• Vermoë om aanklank te vind by 'n wye verskeidenheid klante — van professionele personeel en dokters tot plaaslike motorfietsryers/bikers.
