Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• Experience at multisite management level is essential.
• Candidate must have 'sit down service restaurant' experience.
• Tertiary qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth day to day running of the restaurants in your assigned area.
• Ensure execution of correct operational procedures at all restaurants.
• Stay updated with emerging trends affecting the business.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability by improving restaurant standards and taking corrective action.
• Monitor underperforming restaurants and implement action plans to improve profitability.
