Job summary

Managed People Solutions is offering a dynamic 12/18 Month Internship Programme in Hartbeespoort, Northwest. This program is designed for unemployed youth aged 18–28, providing hands-on experience in the retail and merchandising industry. Selected candidates will gain professional mentorship, strengthen their CVs, and develop essential workplace skills. Monthly stipend of R3,500 is offered. Applicants must have an N6 TVET or NCV Level 4 qualification and require workplace experience to complete studies. No previous experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and display products on shelves.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels.
• Check product quality and expiry dates.
• Ensure correct pricing and price tags.
• Rotate stock according to FIFO principles.
• Implement promotional displays and campaigns.
• Record merchandising activities and stock issues.
• Assist customers and communicate with store staff.
