Managed People Solutions is seeking motivated Junior Merchandisers for an internship program in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. About the Internship Programme

This structured internship programme is aimed at empowering unemployed youth through workplace learning and development.

Programme Duration

• N6 TVET Internship: 18 Months
• NCV Level 4 Internship: 12 Months

Monthly Stipend

R3,500 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Determine stock to be merchandised
• Draw stock requirements
• Monitor product quality, stock rotation, vintage, and pricing
• Execute merchandising activities according to cycle briefs
• Record merchandising activities accurately
• Provide feedback on customer queries and complaints
• Maintain product and promotional knowledge
• Execute calls according to the call cycle

Minimum Requirements

• Must be between 18–28 years old
• Must have an NCV Level 4 in: Office Administration, Management, Transport & Logistics, IT, Finance.
• OR
• N6 TVET Certificate in: Business Management, Marketing Management, and Management Assistant.
• Must require workplace experience to complete studies
• Must be willing to learn and grow professionally
• Must reside in or near Nelspruit, Mpumalanga
• No previous work experience required
