Placements24 is seeking a junior IT Support Specialist for a fully remote position. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist users remotely, and help maintain IT systems to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS (or equivalent), has experience with remote support tools, and demonstrates strong problem-solving and communication skills to thrive in a remote team environment.
