You will assist in analyzing processes, collecting data, applying lean methods, and contributing to safety improvements, SOPs, and workflow optimization across Durban facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience with data analysis and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in analyzing processes and identifying improvements.
• Collect and analyze data on production output, cycle times and resources.
• Support implementation of lean manufacturing tools and techniques.
• Help develop and update SOPs and work instructions.
• Participate in process mapping and root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to safety and ergonomics improvements in Durban facilities.
