• Familiarity with basic lean manufacturing concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing production processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing tools and techniques (e.g., 5S, Kanban).
• Collect and analyze operational data to track performance metrics and identify trends.
• Help develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
• Participate in Kaizen events and other continuous improvement activities.
• Support engineers in various project tasks, including data collection, documentation, and reporting.
