Cls is seeking a driven Junior Account Manager in Gauteng to support the management and growth of customer accounts within the Sales Department. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, manage orders, pricing, and queries, and work with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

The role requires a BCom degree with 1–3 years' relevant experience in sales or account management, and the ability to travel to customers when required.

Formación

• BCom degree required.
• 1–3 years' experience in sales, account management, customer service or related commercial environment.
• Experience in FMCG/ wholesale/ distribution is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with assigned customers.
• Act as the primary contact for customer queries and requirements.
• Communicate customer needs to internal departments and ensure responsive service.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure high levels of service and identify growth opportunities.
• Support sales team in developing new business opportunities and promoting products.
