West Coast Personnel is seeking a Junior Body Corporate Portfolio Administrator in Milnerton, Cape Town. Location is on-site, working hours are standard Monday to Friday.

Salary ranges from R14 000 to R16 000 per month for a permanent role. The successful candidate will assist with administration of approximately 15 sectional title schemes, working closely with the Portfolio Manager and supporting the daily operations of body corporate management.

An established property management company based in Milnerton is seeking an experienced, organised and proactive Junior Body Corporate Portfolio Administrator to join its team.

The successful candidate will assist with the administration of approximately 15 sectional title schemes, working closely with the Portfolio Manager and supporting the daily operations of body corporate management.

This is NOT an entry-level position. Previous practical experience in body corporate or sectional title administration is ESSENTIAL.
