Job summary

West Coast Personnel is seeking a Junior Body Corporate Portfolio Administrator in Milnerton, Cape Town. Location is on-site, working hours are standard Monday to Friday.

Salary ranges from R14 000 to R16 000 per month for a permanent role. The successful candidate will assist with administration of approximately 15 sectional title schemes, working closely with the Portfolio Manager and supporting the daily operations of body corporate management.

Qualifications

• Not an entry-level position; requires practical experience in body corporate or sectional title administration.
• Experience administering approximately 15 sectional title schemes.
• Assist Portfolio Manager and support daily operations of body corporate management.
