Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• At least 3 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping transactions.
• Process invoices, supplier payments, expense claims, and journals accurately.
• Perform bank, supplier, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with management accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal controls.
• Support audit preparation and statutory compliance requirements.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities where required.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
