JVR Software in Johannesburg is seeking a Finance Clerk to support day-to-day accounting tasks and reporting. You will process purchase orders, debtor invoicing, stock reconciliations, cashbook entries and monthly financial reports. The role requires accuracy, strong numerical ability, and MS Excel proficiency.

Qualificações

• Diploma or equivalent in Finance (NQF Level 6).
• 3–5 years accounting experience, up to trail balancing.
• Proficient in MS Excel; computer literate with MS Office and email.
• ACCPAC experience highly preferable.
• Knowledge of accounting practices, principles and reporting of financial data.
• Able to perform complex mathematical calculations accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage purchase orders and supplier invoices
• Process and manage Debtor invoicing
• Stock count and variance investigations
• Monthly stock reconciliation
• Assist with stock queries
• Processing of Cashbook transactions
• Cashbook Reconciliations
• DN Audit processing
• Phoenix approvals
• Preparing and maintaining financial reports and records.
