Job summary

JVR Software is seeking a Finance/Management Accountant Assistant to support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts, and internal reporting. You will assist with customized reports, BBBEE documentation, and audit preparations within a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have SAIPA or SAICA articles, strong Excel skills, and excellent analytical and communication abilities to handle deadlines and financial analysis projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in reporting, management accounting, or finance administration.
• Strong Excel skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with financial systems such as Navision (beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
• Compiling and reconciling financial information for internal reporting purposes
• Supporting client-specific financial reporting and analysis
• Assisting in preparing customized reports and financial presentations
• Updating and maintaining BBBEE reporting information and supporting documentation
• Assisting with audit preparations and financial schedules
• Maintaining client contract databases and renewal tracking
• Supporting the finance team with ad hoc reporting and analysis projects
