Responsibilities

• Admin activities for end-to-end recruitment—publishing adverts, scheduling interviews, coordinating site visits, and initiating pre-employment checks.
• Making ‘the candidate experience’ your top priority.
• Providing timely advice and support to the Talent Acquisition Team.
• Providing regular updates to stakeholders, TA and HR teams, on recruitment activity.
• Managing Talent Acquisition Data Management and ensuring information and systems are captured accurately.
• Other administrative duties when required and as requested by the Talent Acquisition leadership team.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll play a vital role in helping us find, attract, and onboard top talent!You’ll support the Talent Acquisition team across the full recruitment lifecycle — from crafting and publishing job adverts to coordinating interviews, site visits, and pre-employment checks. • Administration activities associated with end-to-end recruitment - publishing job adverts, scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating site visits and initiating pre-employment checks

• Providing timely advice and support to the Talent Acquisition Team
• Providing regular updates to our stakeholders, the TA and HR teams, on recruitment administration activity
• Managing Talent Acquisition Data Management and ensuring information and systems are captured in a timely and accurate basis at all times
• Other administrative duties when required and as requested by the Talent Acquisition leadership team
