Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in HR or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in talent acquisition, with IT recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing and interview skills with a track record in IT roles.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to understand IT recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview qualified IT candidates across technologies.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from posting to offer and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong IT talent pipeline for current and future openings.
• Conduct technical assessments and behavioral interviews.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation trends.
