Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles (IT/tech).
• Proficient with ATS/CRM systems and familiar with the Johannesburg market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract IT professionals.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across client organisations.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and networks to identify candidates.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Provide market insights on salary benchmarks and industry trends.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and contribute to process improvements.
