Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in recruitment with focus on technology roles.
• Proven success sourcing and placing software developers, engineers, IT professionals.
• Experience with ATS and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Hybrid work experience in Gauteng region preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage recruitment process for technology roles from sourcing to closing.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to assess talent needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
• Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active tech talent.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
• Use ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and tech platforms to source.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout recruitment journey.
• Stay current on tech trends, market intel and compensation benchmarks.
• Collaborate with recruitment team on employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies for the tech sector.
