Job summary

Greys Recruitment is seeking a hands-on IT Support Administrator/Technician to take responsibility for its IT systems, infrastructure and technical support across Head Office and branches.

You will manage hardware, software, networks and servers; provide timely troubleshooting; administer user accounts and IT security; support Sage Evolution and Sage VIP Payroll; manage backups, antivirus and CCTV; and assist with IT procurement and projects across sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support/administration experience.
• Relevant software and/or networking certifications.
• Knowledge of networking, servers, hardware and software.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently across a broad IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT hardware, software, networks and servers.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Manage user accounts, access rights and IT security.
• Support Sage Evolution, Sage VIP Payroll and other business systems.
• Manage antivirus, firewalls, backups and IT infrastructure.
• Conduct IT audits and ensure remedial actions are implemented.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV systems.
• Support IT procurement, projects and system implementations.
• Maintain IT records and identify/manage technology risks.
• Provide technical support to branches and travel as required.
