Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in a corporate IT support environment.
• Experience in professional services or legal sector is advantageous.
• Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 experience.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and SMTP.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and related issues.
• Support senior stakeholders including directors and lawyers.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintain endpoint security, patching and access controls.
