Job summary

MANPOWER Group is seeking an IT Helpdesk professional in Cape Town to provide end-user desktop and mobile support across the organization. You will resolve hardware and software issues, manage device lifecycles, and assist with security and access reviews.

The role involves supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 services, and on-premises/cloud resources, with opportunities to work across Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online. Salary and benefits align with local market norms.

Qualifications

Corporate IT support experience, 2–4+ years.
Experience assisting users in person and remotely.
Experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V and VMware.

Responsibilities

Provide support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, documenting problems and resolutions.
Manage the full device lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Resolve Helpdesk requests with minimal supervision.
Support senior stakeholders with professionalism.
Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and application issues.
Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Assist with endpoint management (Intune/device policies).
Support VPNs, Wi-Fi, and LAN/WAN connectivity.
Perform workstation builds, rebuilds, and lifecycle replacements.
Enforce security standards, assist with user access reviews and offboarding.
Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
Maintain accurate ticket notes and documentation.
Assist with asset management, stock control, and vendor liaison.
Participate in after-hours or weekend standby support when required.
