Placements24 is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to maintain the technology infrastructure in Vereeniging, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and educational software for staff and students.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage IT assets, back up critical data, and support learning technologies. A qualification in IT and proven experience in an educational setting are preferred.

Qualifications

• A concise IT qualification (IT, CS or related field).
• Proven IT Support Technician experience, preferably in education.
• Proficient in troubleshooting Windows/macOS, software, and network infrastructure.
• Experience with hardware repair and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities
