Job summary

Mdalisu Investments Pty in Durban is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide first-line technical assistance and keep day-to-day IT operations running smoothly.

You will diagnose hardware and software issues, assist staff with Microsoft 365, and help maintain networks, printers, and devices, with growth into more senior IT roles.

This full-time position offers training, a supportive team, and opportunities to advance into system administration or network engineering roles.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in IT support/helpdesk (entry-level grads welcome).
• Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.

About the Role
