Altron in Gauteng is seeking a Team Leader to manage the IT support team, technology facilities, vendor services and stakeholder relationships, ensuring a high level of service to the client on site.
The role requires 2-5 years in advanced IT with leadership experience; familiarity with Altron systems, networking, servers and Microsoft/Apple technologies is beneficial. This permanent position offers onsite work and clear progression opportunities.
Competenze
- Matric is required.
- 2-5 years of advanced IT experience in a leadership role.
- Experience with Altron systems and processes advantageous.
- Networking and Server/Data Centre support experience advantageous.
Mansioni
- Fulfil the role of primary client interface, providing efficient service delivery on the client site.
- Service Level Agreement – meeting SLAs monthly.
- Manage the team of support technicians to provide optimal IT support and achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Stakeholder engagement to improve processes and systems for customer satisfaction; drive continuous improvement.
- Reporting and data analytics – daily and weekly trends on calls logged and resolved.
- Handle escalations professionally.
- Demonstrate effective communication with staff and users.
