Job summary

iLaunch in Gauteng is seeking an IT Technician to provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations onsite. The role includes diagnosing hardware and software issues across Windows and Linux environments and supporting a range of software applications.

You will handle helpdesk requests, perform backups and routine maintenance, and ensure peripherals are installed and functioning.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• A+, N+ will be an advantage.
• MAC knowledge may be an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• This position involves standby and shifts; own reliable transport is required.
