Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide basic IT support to staff and assist with resolving technical issues.
• Assist with computer hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Support the installation and configuration of IT systems, applications and equipment.
• Assist with network and connectivity troubleshooting when required.Maintain IT records, documentation and inventory of technology equipment.
• Assist users with IT-related queries and provide guidance on systems and applications.
• Support the IT department with general technical and administrative tasks and departmental projects.
