You will assist with IT helpdesk tickets, set up devices, install software, and learn basics of networking and systems support in a collaborative team environment.

• Assist with user account and access-related requests.
• Support the IT team with basic networking and systems support.
• Assist with maintaining IT equipment and records.

• Assist with general IT administration and other duties as required.
