Formación

• Matric certificate required.

• CompTIA A+ certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Efficiently manage and resolve IT support tickets within SLA timeframes.
• Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers when required.
• Install and configure Windows OS and user profiles.
