Goscor Group in Midrand is offering a TVET Work Integrated Learning Internship for IT Technical Support (18 months). You will deliver on-site first-line IT support to end users via the service desk and assist with device deployment and basic IT tasks.

Requirements include an IT Diploma/ Degree or relevant IT certification and a strong interest in IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity. This internship focuses on hands-on learning in a dynamic IT environment.

Qualifications

• IT Diploma or degree or relevant IT certification.
• Strong passion for IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-line technical support to end users via the IT Service Desk and on-site.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT peripherals.
• Assist with user account administration, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID user management.
