Job summary

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• Relevant IT qualification (Diploma/Degree) or currently studying towards an IT qualification.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic IT support to staff relating to hardware and software.
• Assist with troubleshooting technical issues.
• Help maintain IT systems, networks, and equipment.
• Assist with system updates, installations, and configurations.
• Perform general IT administrative tasks.
• Support the IT team with day-to-day technical requirements.
• Assist with maintaining and monitoring IT equipment and systems.
