Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field.
• No previous work experience required.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or Security+ are advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support and assist with day-to-day administration of IT systems and equipment.
• Log, monitor and update IT service tickets using service management tools.
• Configure and deploy laptops, desktops and mobile devices; assist with onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain IT asset inventories and equipment records.
• Update IT documentation and knowledge articles; contribute to projects and continuous improvement.
