Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our client's sales operations in Pretoria, Gauteng. You will drive revenue, mentor a high-performing team, and craft innovative strategies for enterprise IT solutions.

This on-site role requires deep IT solutions knowledge, a track record of exceeding targets, and the ability to manage complex deals with key accounts and partners. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams, set sales objectives, and report to senior management

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within IT solutions/services.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and exceeding targets.
• Strong knowledge of IT solutions, cloud services, and enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals.
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing and manage key enterprise accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with market needs.
