Omnia Group Careers invites applications for an IT Graduate internship based in Sandton. The program runs for 24 months and supports the IT Operations function with first-line service desk activities and day-to-day operational requirements to maintain service delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Networking Engineering, computer science or Degree Equivalent (NQF L7)
• 0-2 years of work experience; internship or practical exposure in IT support is advantageous

Responsabilités

• IT Service Desk Support: Provide first-line support for IT incidents and service requests; log, categorise, prioritise, and track incidents; diagnose basic hardware/software issues; escalate when needed; follow up with end-users to ensure resolution.
• End-User Support: Assist with Microsoft 365 apps, operating systems and business applications; set up and configure desktops, laptops, mobiles and peripherals; support onboarding and offboarding processes; assist with password resets and access requests.
• IT Asset Management: Support stock control and inventory; label and record IT equipment; maintain asset records; assist with allocation, recovery and tracking of devices.
