What You'll Bring

Who are we looking for?

Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 or equivalent

Certifications such as ITIL 4 Foundation, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft Fundamentals/AZ-900 will be advantageous.

A completed IT, Computer Science, Systems Support, Networking or related qualification

Some practical exposure through an internship, learnership, graduate programme or workplace training

Up to 1 year of entry-level IT/service desk/helpdesk experience is advantageous
