Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field (NQF L7).
• 0-2 years IT support experience; internship advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• IT Service Desk Support: provide first-line support, log/categorise, diagnose basic issues, escalate unresolved issues, follow up with end-users.
• End-User Support: set up/configure desktops/laptops/devices, onboarding/offboarding, password resets and access requests.
• IT Asset Management: stock control/inventory, label/record assets, maintain asset records, allocate/recover devices.
