About the Role

Our client, a thriving recruitment consultancy, is looking for a skilled IT Recruitment Consultant to focus on Full-Stack Development roles within their Polokwane, Limpopo office. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for full-stack developer positions.


• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.


• Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and technical assessments.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical requirements.


• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in the competitive tech market.


• Present shortlisted candidates to clients, providing detailed insights and recommendations.


• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.


• Stay abreast of current technologies and trends in full-stack development.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a specific focus on IT recruitment, particularly full-stack development.


• Proven experience in sourcing candidates with expertise in languages like JavaScript, Python, Java, Ruby, C#, etc., and frameworks such as React, Angular, Node.js, Django, Spring Boot.


• Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.


• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a Hybrid environment, balancing office and remote work.


• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.


• A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
