Job summary

Spinnaker Software seeks a Help Desk Consultant based at our Parklands, Cape Town head office. You will assist end-users in logging calls, troubleshoot, and escalate to the appropriate departments. Strong communication and a can-do attitude are essential in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates include IT graduates with A+ and N+ certs, though experienced applicants are also welcome. Shifts cover 6:30–23:00 with standby and overtime possible.

Qualifications

• Recent IT graduates with A+ and N+ preferred.
• Experience welcome, especially in help desk support.
