Apex Group in Johannesburg is seeking a Senior Manager for Investor Services to lead a small team delivering high-quality investor support. You will coordinate with legal and finance teams to review investor materials and respond to queries from investors and auditors.

The role emphasizes onboarding, KYC documentation, and upholding internal controls, with mentorship of junior staff and involvement in ad-hoc projects as needed.

Competenze

• Third level qualification in business, law, finance or a related field would be an advantage.
• Experience in compliance, trust or funds in a professional environment is preferred.
• Customer facing role with a proven track record of outstanding service.

• Assist a small team of administrators delivering quality client service to investors.
• Serve as primary contact for investor queries and coordinate with legal and finance teams.
• Respond to investor services queries from investors, clients, consultants, and auditors as applicable.
• Manage daily workflow to meet deadlines and standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, clients and internal teams.
• Adhere to internal policies, controls and processes.
• Maintain accurate investor/client records and onboarding including KYC materials.
• Mentor junior staff and assist with ad-hoc projects as required.
