Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic calculations accurately.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Must work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist Customers on correct products and queries.
• Assist with and resolve Customer complaints.
• Bulk stock area to be merchandised safely and according to store layout plan.
• Must ensure area is fully merchandised according to planograms.
• Ensure area is free of obstacles and safe entry/exit for customers.
• Correct shelf price labelling within area of responsibility.
• Complete required checklists when on duty with canteen and facilities.
