Staff Unlimited Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Clerk for their client in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape. The role involves managing stock documentation, performing thorough checks on incoming stock, and liaising with the store management for efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Record all Receiving documentation on the Receiving sheet.
• Double check stock description and quantities against documentation.
• Check for damages.
• Inform the Buyers of any discrepancies immediately.
• Make out the Return for Credit to the Supplier and ensure it is signed.
• Sign the Waybill from the supplier.
• Do all GRV’s immediately.
• Label all stock correctly.
• Ensure that the stock is put away by COB every day.
• Liaise with Buyers/Store Manager for stock returns to the Supplier.
• Assist with couriers and IBTs when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the Marking area, and check for unauthorized access.
• Take disciplinary action if necessary.
• Report issues to the Store Manager.
