MORE Collection in Cape Town seeks an Inventory Controller to manage end-to-end stock, maintain accuracy, and ensure audit-ready data for Finance & Group Inventory Management. You will oversee daily movements across departments (Beverage, Housekeeping, Galleries, Kitchen, Spa, Medical stock, Stationery, and Operational Equipment) and enforce SOP compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years’ experience in hospitality inventory or multi-department stock management.
• Strong analytical and numerical ability.
• High accuracy and disciplined follow-through.
• Experience with MyStock / MyInventory / POS systems (TallOrder or similar).
• Ability to supervise Storeman and Administrator functions and collaborate with HODs.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all daily stock movements across all departments.
• Ensure full SOP compliance at all times.
• Verify transactions: POs, GRNs, Transfers, Wastage/Write Off, Credit, Issues/Consumption, Master Data Updates.
• Lead cycle counts and month-end checks; investigate variances.
• Maintain item master data in MyStock / MyInventory / Sage Inventory and ensure proper system integrity.
