Job summary

MORE Collection is seeking an Inventory Controller to manage accurate, audit-ready end-to-end inventory processes across the property. You will oversee stock movements, maintain SOP compliance, and ensure data integrity for all departments including Beverage, Housekeeping, Galleries, Kitchen, Spa, and more.

The role requires 2-4 years’ hospitality inventory experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with MyStock / MyInventory and POS systems.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience in hospitality inventory or multi-department stock management.
• Strong analytical and numerical ability.
• Experience with MyStock / MyInventory / POS systems (TallOrder or similar).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily stock movements across all departments.
• Ensure full SOP compliance at all times.
• Verify transactions captured by Inventory Administrator (POs, GRNs, transfers, wastage, credits, issues, master data).
• Ensure item categorisation (UOM, cost, VAT) aligns with Group standards.
• Reconcile POS sales vs inventory depletion for various outlets and investigate discrepancies same-day.
• Verify transfers include documentation, signatures, and matched values.
• Validate wastage entries and ensure proper authorisation.
• Support month-end process with opening/closing balances, purchases, issues, transfers, wastage, and variances.
