Responsibilities

• Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to verify stock accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between system inventory and physical counts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Track the movement of goods into and out of inventory.
• Generate inventory reports, including stock levels, aging inventory, and valuation.
• Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and policies.
• Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and report findings to management.
• Collaborate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Monitor stockroom organization and cleanliness to facilitate accurate counting.
• Support month-end and year-end inventory closing procedures.
