Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in international logistics coordination or freight forwarding.
• A relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade is advantageous.
• Deep knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and shipping documentation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end international shipments (air, sea, and land).
• Prepare documentation for customs clearance and declarations.
• Liaise with shipping lines, forwarders, brokers, and clients to ensure smooth transit.
• Track shipments and provide updates on status and delays.
• Identify and resolve logistical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with trade laws, customs regulations and company policies.
• Maintain records in the logistics management system.
• Negotiate rates and terms with service providers to optimize costs.
• Assist in developing and implementing logistics procedures and best practices.
• Coordinate with sales and finance for seamless operations.
