The role is full-time and on-site in Cape Town, requiring at least 3 years of logistics coordination and familiarity with Incoterms and customs processes. A strong focus on accuracy, negotiation, and problem-solving is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of logistics coordination experience, with focus on international shipping and customs procedures.
• Familiarity with Incoterms, HTS codes and customs clearance processes.
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage international freight movements via sea, air, and land.
• Prepare and process shipping documents including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
• Liaise with customs officials and brokers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Track shipments in real time and provide updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Negotiate freight rates with carriers and third-party logistics providers.
