Job summary

Dante Personnel is seeking an experienced Internal Sales professional in Gauteng to supervise and drive an Internal Sales team. The role focuses on growing existing accounts, managing quotes, orders, invoicing and sales administration, while delivering strong customer service and relationship management.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in internal sales within technical/industrial environments, solid communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• 3–5 years' experience in Internal Sales, preferably within a technical, industrial, manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Previous experience managing or supervising an Internal Sales team.
• Strong customer service and relationship management experience.
• Experience with quotations, customer orders, invoicing and sales administration.
• Experience managing customer accounts, credit limits and COD requirements.
• Strong sales reporting and customer sales analysis experience.
• Experience identifying sales opportunities and growing existing accounts.
• Good computer literacy.
• Pastel experience advantageous.
• ISO 9001 experience advantageous.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Technical product knowledge/advisory experience would be advantageous.
