Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) and relevant tertiary qualification preferred.
• High numeracy and computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, especially Excel).
• Excellent coordination and administrative skills.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines on multiple projects.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills and customer orientation.
• Understanding of Syspro is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Telesales – outbound calls with confidence.
• Provide administrative support to Sales personnel.
• Handle customer queries and order/delivery requirements by phone.
• Manage orders and delivery dates for the Sales portfolio.
• Assist in processing new and repeat jobs to meet customer specs (quantity, price, delivery, labels).
• Quote on customer requirements – via Syspro.
• Collaborate as a team to maintain professional, customer-focused service.
