Responsibilities

• General office administration and customer quotes via email/phone.
• Advise customers on order lead times, deliveries, and collections.
• Monitor customer payments, credit limits, and COD releases.
• Lead and manage staff reporting to you.
• Load orders onto Pastel and coordinate with internal groups.
• Maintain ISO 9001 compliance and generate sales reports.
• Build customer relationships and support marketing initiatives.
• Handle customer inquiries, pricing, and documentation.
