Job summary

The Staff Connection in Pretoria is seeking an experienced Internal Sales/Customer Service Associate to support our electrical products division. You will handle inquiries, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable products to drive repeat business.

Responsibilities include preparing quotations, processing orders, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process. A Matric/NQF4 and at least 2 years of relevant experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent NQF4.
• Minimum 2 years in internal sales or customer service in electrical products or related industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate, with the ability to work confidently on sales software and related systems.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines.
